How about that!

The inimitable Schockwellenreiter, one of Germany’s blogging pioneers, is switching back to Frontier - the open source version.

After having switched from the commercial Frontier to a Zope/Plone solution a few years back, it seems he’s had some problems.

It’ll be very interesting to hear more about his experience applying the progress being made with Python and the Frontier kernel.

Ok, one didn’t exactly need a crystal ball to forsee that Bloglines would be snapped up.

But this soon?

The next few months should be really interesting.

Now might be a good time to ad Six Apart to my list of likely candidates for a similar action.
